Wells Fargo

Offers several choices for Small Business Checking Accounts but no Free Checking accounts.  Minimum monthly service fee is $5.00 all the way up to a $20.00/month management fee.  Some account service fees can be waived if certain balance thresholds are made, they differ from account to account.  All small business accounts offer online access.  Only the top tier accounts pay interest/dividends.

Bank of America 

They offer four types of Small Business Checking including a low-cost solution with no-monthly maintnence fees if a certain balance is met each month.  Online banking is offered free for all business accounts.

Chase

Chase offers three small business checking account options, Chase Businss Classic Checking, Chase Advanced Business Checking, Chase Business Plus Extra Checking.  They offer many free services including access to 15,000 Chase ATM’s nationwide, online bill pay, E-mail alerts, Online check images, Business Debit card, Overdraft protection and online banking.
